Our coffee is 100% Smithsonian Bird Friendly certified. This means it is grown under a diverse forest canopy that provides a vital habitat for migratory birds, rather than on cleared land.
How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast in small batches to ensure freshness. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and set a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) to save 10% on every order and never run out of beans.
Are your coffee bags compostable?
We are committed to sustainability. Our current packaging is designed to maintain maximum freshness, and we are actively transitioning to fully compostable materials across our entire product line.
What is your return policy?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is Birds & Beans coffee organic?
Yes, all our Bird Friendly certified coffees are also USDA Organic certified, ensuring no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers are used in the growing process.
